RT 4.0.16 is now available.
This release fixes an important regression in the Shredder tool included in 4.0.14 and 4.0.15. Attempting to run the Shredder tool from the command line would fail with a compile-time error.
A complete changelog is available.

I currently work at Penn State as an IT Support Specialist and my department uses your RT system. We assign tickets to our higher level technicians in a round robin style. We keep track of this manually, at the moment. Sometimes, one of us forgets to record when we change the owner of a ticket.
So I was wondering, is there was a way to search for an owner change occurrence on a ticket? Specifically, I want to search for tickets whose owner was changed on today's date and if the owner is 'X', 'Y', or 'Z'. Currently I have implemented a search that works quite well, but there are some exceptions that can still slip through.
Thanks a bunch! And keep up the great work!

Micah, you're probably better served by asking this sort of question on the rt-users mailing list. That being said, there's no way to search specifically for the owner change transactions using plain TicketSQL.
